This ‘white paper’ on Managing Leadership from a Systemic Perspective was published in 2013 by the Centre for Progressive Leadership at London Metropolitan University, where Dr Tate is a Visiting Fellow.
At 30 pages it is quite a long read, but it is written in a very accessible style and locates the subject in contexts that will be familiar to readers. It remains the go-to text on this subject.
