Sophie draws on strong organisation development expertise to help individuals, teams, organisations and networks mobilise their people and resources intelligently and sustainably.

She is a highly experienced facilitator of large and small groups and event designer, trained in innovative techniques such as Open Space, appreciative inquiry and narrative for business change.

She was previously chief executive of a national charity, building networks and coalitions to directly influence public policy and measurably improve service delivery.

Sophie is a member of the faculty for improving GP Practice nationally, as part of the Sustainable Improvement Team for NHS England.
